DESCRIPTION: This session will introduce nurses to quality care planning and motivational interviewing. Combining these skills will enable the nurse to support behaviour change for patients with a chronic disease to improve health outcomes.
This introductory education session is provided through the Practice Nurse Support Program (PNSP) supporting nurses new to general practice and is a recurring session.
